Payment and Shipping
Ordering
Once your order has been submitted, our team will be in touch with further information and an expected dispatch date.
You will not need to make payment on this ordering website.
We try our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if something you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
We use a range of different couriers to find you the best possible price.
Orders are packed and dispatched by our external fulfilment warehouse in Oxfordshire. If all your items are in stock, your order should be dispatched within 2-4 business days (subject to receipt of payment), but during busy periods, particularly Christmas, this could be significantly longer.
You will receive tracking information by email.
If this is your first order, the address you provide will be used for both shipping and billing. If you require a different billing address, please email us and we will add it to our accounts system, Xero.

Please note, if you have items in your shopping cart, you will need to empty or modify your shopping cart for your address details to update.

International shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the value and weight of your order, and your will be informed before payment and dispatch.
European customers will have their shipping added at the checkout, for any other countries it will be calculated after the checkout process.

Very bulky orders, or orders including puzzles, will be subject to additional shipping fees.
Payment
Payment for your order will be requested via an automated email from our accounting software Xero. You can pay via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
UK
Pro-forma payment is required for all first orders. 30-day payment terms can be applied for thereafter.
International
All invoices are to be paid before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
GoCardless Payments
We also use GoCardless to collect payments, if you are interested in paying for your order with Direct Debit just let us know via email and we will set you up.
