How do I update my address? 

To update your main address click here.

Please note, if you have items in your shopping cart, you will need to empty or modify your shopping cart for your address details to update.

If this is your first order, the address you provide will be used for both shipping and billing. If you require a different billing address, please email us and we will add it to our accounts system, Xero.

Where are your products manufactured?

Greetings cards, notebooks and gift wrap are made in the UK. 

Art trays are made in Sweden. 

Hanging decorations are handmade in Nepal. 

Jigsaws are made in China. 

How are your greetings cards packaged?

Our greetings cards are individually wrapped with a recyclable paper bellyband, which has a larger area on the reverse for a sticker or barcode.

The cards are then packed into bio bags made from a bio-based resin sourced from corn or other plants such as sugar beet and potatoes. 

Do you have product photography I can use?

Yes, you are welcome to use our product shots. You can download them from our Dropbox 

Do your products have barcodes?

Yes. Please email wholesale@wrapmagazine.com if you would like to use barcodes.

I have a received a faulty or incorrect product

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email Katy and Anna at wholesale@wrapmagazine.com and we will arrange a replacement or credit note.
